description
The present invention relates to a guide device for movable furniture parts, in particular for drawers for furniture or household appliances, having a housing on which a first guideway is formed, along which a driver is movable to accelerate or decelerate a furniture part, wherein the driver in a End position is biased by a spring.
WO 2012/084592 discloses an opening and closing device for movable furniture parts, in which a driver is guided along a guide track on a housing. In order to change the length of the movement path of the driver, a limiting element is provided which can be inserted into the housing, so that the length of the guide track is reduced for the driver. Such an additional limiting element must be available during assembly, which is difficult especially in a subsequent adjustment of the length of the travel path. In addition, only a linear portion of the guideway is shortened by the limiting element, so that an insert is poorly possible if the driver is to be locked in an end position.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a guide device for movable furniture parts, which allows easy adjustment of the travel of the driver.
This object is achieved with a guide device having the features of claim 1.
According to the invention, in addition to the first guideway, a second guideway is formed, which extends at least partially deviating from the first guideway, and the driver has actuating means or selection means, by means of which is selected whether the driver along the first guideway or the second guideway moves. It can thereby be selected during assembly of the guide device or at a later time, whether the driver along the first guide track or the second guide track is moved. Thus, adjustment of the length of the travel path can be easily made, and the length of a damping path can be set at a self-closing or an accelerating path at an ejection device. Since the movable furniture parts may have a different dead weight, for example due to different width or height dimensions, an adaptation to the respective furniture part can thus be made.
Preferably, the first guide track and the second guide track have a different length. It would also be possible to arrange the first guide track and the second guide track of the same length offset from one another, but preferably a length adjustment is made by the formation of a different length.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the driver can be latched to the housing in an end position. For this purpose, in addition to a linear section, the first guide track and the second guide track can each have an angled end section on which the driver can be latched. As a result, proven guide mechanisms can be used, in which the driver is pivoted upon reaching an angled end portion to release a coupling with a coupling element of a movable component or restore it when swinging back. The angled end portion of the first guide track is preferably arranged in the direction of movement of the driver spaced from the angled end portion of the second guide track, so that the guide device provides two different locking positions depending on the selection of the guide track. Of course, it is also possible to provide more than two locking positions on the guide device. For a compact construction, the housing preferably has two wall sections, between which the driver is guided. In this case, the first guide track may be formed on the first wall section and the second guide track on the second wall section. The actuating means then selectively engages in the first or in the second guideway. Alternatively, it is possible to form two or more guideways on a wall section. Then, a selection of the guideway can be obtained by the shape of a guide pin, which is for example stepped, and depending on which section is guided in the guideway, made a selection. The driver is preferably guided over at least two pins in the first or second guide track, so that this can perform a pivoting movement in addition to a linear movement.
As adjusting means, at least one adjustable pin is preferably provided on the driver. The pin can for example be moved perpendicular to the direction of movement of the driver, a pivoting movement or a tear, for example via a predetermined breaking point, are possible. Depending on the position of the pin then the first, second or another guideway is selected. In order to increase the variance, the pin may also be stepped, so that the selection of the guide tooth is such that an inner or outer portion of the pin engages in a first or second guide track. The inner and outer portions of the pin have a different width or diameter in order to avoid malfunction. As a result, more than two guide tracks can also be formed on the housing, which can then be selected by the actuating means.
The guide device is preferably used in conjunction with a self-closing furniture parts, for example, a pull-out guide for furniture or household appliances. It is also possible to use the guide device in an ejection device for furniture parts.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to several embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:

A pullout guide 1 for furniture or household appliances comprises a stationary guide rail 2, on which a running rail 3 is movably mounted. Furthermore, an outwardly extending center rail between the guide rail 2 and the running rail 3 may be provided. On the running rail 3, a coupling element 7 is fixed, which is engageable with a guide device 4. For this purpose, the coupling element 7 is coupled to a driver 6, which is guided along a housing 5. On the housing 5, a cartridge 8 is further defined, in which a spring is arranged for a self-closing, which is coupled to the driver 6 via a connecting element. It is also possible to use the guide device 4 instead of a self-closing in an ejection device, in which the running rail 3 is locked in a closed position and by pressing a
Unlocking takes place, in which then the running rail is moved with a furniture part in the opening direction.
The guide device 4 is shown in detail in FIGS. 2A and 2B. The housing 5 comprises a first wall section 9 and a second wall section 10, which are arranged parallel to one another and between which the driver 6 is movable. In this case, a first guide track 11 is formed on the first wall section 9, and a second guide track 12 for the driver 6 is formed on the second wall section 10. The first guide track 11 comprises a linear section which is aligned substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the track rail 3. Adjoining this linear section is an angled end section 13, which is oriented substantially perpendicular to the linear section and extends arcuately in the transition area. On the second wall section 10, a guide track 12 is likewise formed, which has a corresponding linear section parallel to the longitudinal direction of the track rail 3 and an angled end section 14. The guide track 12 is formed longer than the guide track 11, wherein the angled end portion 14 is offset in the longitudinal direction of the track rail 3 to the angled end portion 13 is formed.
In the guide device 4, the driver 6 is optionally moved along the guideway 11 or 12. For this purpose, a displaceable pin 65 is provided on the driver 6, which can be displaced substantially perpendicular to the direction of movement of the driver 6 and then selectively engages in the first guide track 11 on the wall section 9 or the second guide track 12 on the wall section 10. Thereby, the driver 6 can be latched to the end portions 13 or 14 at a different distance to the cartridge 8, because upon reaching one of the end portions 13 or 14 pivots the driver 6 and can be fixed due to the force of a spring on the end portion 13 or 14 ,
In Figure 3, the housing 5 is shown in detail. The housing 5 is made in one piece from plastic, but can also be made of die-cast zinc, and comprises at the first wall portion 9, the first guide track 11 and at the second
Wall section 10, the second guide track 12, wherein between the wall sections 9 and 10 of the driver 6 is guided.
The driver 6 is shown in Figures 4A to 4C. The driver 6 comprises a molded body 60 made of plastic, but which can also be made of zinc die-casting, on which a U-shaped receptacle 61 is formed for inserting a web of a coupling element 7. The receptacle 61 is bounded on opposite sides by two projections 62 and 63, wherein on the projection 62 on the side facing away from the receptacle 61 a run-on slope 67 is formed, so that the coupling element 7 can be moved along the run-up slope 67, if necessary, to in the receptacle 61 to lock.
On the shaped body 60, an opening 64 is provided at one end, in which a displaceable pin 65 is inserted. The pin 65 can be locked or clamped in the opening 64 and can optionally project on the first side of the molding or the opposite side of the molding 60. Further, a further pin 66 is provided at the opposite end of the shaped body 60, which serves to guide the driver 6. In this case, the pin 66 is formed protruding on opposite sides, wherein the rear in the guideway pins are moved only in the linear portion of the guideways 11 or 12. By contrast, the front pin 65 in the guide direction is optionally inserted into the first angled end section 13 on the guide track 11 or the second angled end section 14 on the guide track 12.
By moving the pin 65 can thus be selected whether the first guide track 11 or the second guide track 12, the driver 6 locked in a predetermined position. Thereby, the length of a feed path or a discharge path can be adjusted, with a subsequent adjustment is possible. This allows the adjustment of the length of the guide path of the driver 6, so that a change of a damping path or an opening force is possible. This allows adaptation to different heavy furniture parts, such as drawers, which are provided in different lengths.
Also, the weight of the drawers may vary, so that an adaptation for different reasons may be useful.
FIG. 5 shows a second exemplary embodiment of a guide device 4 'according to the invention, in which a modified housing 5' is used in comparison to the preceding exemplary embodiment. The housing 5 'is coupled to a cartridge 8 on which a spring of a self-closing mechanism is provided, which is coupled to a driver 6'.
The housing 5 'of the guide device 4' is shown in Figures 6A and 6B. The housing 5 'comprises two wall sections 9' and 10 ', between which the driver 6' is guided. On the wall portion 9 ', a first guide track 20 is formed with a linear portion 23 and an angled end portion 21. The first guide track 20 is extended by a second guide track 26, on which an angled end section 22 is likewise formed. The guide track 26 is thus located on the opposite side of the angled end portion 21 to the linear portion 23rd
On the opposite side of the housing 5 ', a third guide track 24 is formed on the wall portion 10', which has a linear portion having an angled end portion 25 at the front end. The driver 6 'can be selectively locked to the angled end portions 21, 22, or 25. The angled end portions 21, 22 and 25 are in the longitudinal direction of the running rail 3 and the housing 5 'offset from one another.
In Figures 7A and 7B, the driver 6 'is shown, which has adjusting means to determine along which of the guideways 20, 24 or 26 of the driver 6' is moved. As in the previous embodiment, the driver 6 'comprises a U-shaped receptacle 61 with projections 62 and 63, wherein at the front end of the driver 6' an opening with a displaceable pin 65 'is provided. The pin 65 'has a step such that an inner portion 68 of larger width and larger diameter and an outer portion 69 of smaller diameter and smaller width are formed on the pin 65'. If only the outer portion 69 protrudes outwardly from a side wall of the molded body 60, the driver 6 'along the guide track 20 with the linear portion 23 and the angled end portion 21 is guided, because the outer portion 69 has a width in the angled End portion 21 can be inserted. On the other hand, if the pin 65 'protrudes so on the side wall of the shaped body 60 that the inner portion 68 protrudes with a larger diameter, this is guided in the guideway with the linear portion 23. The portion 68 of the pin 65 'has a width or a diameter which is greater than the width of the angled end portion 21, so that the driver 6' with the pin 65 'can not be retracted into this angled end portion 21. The driver 6 'is then moved over the gap of the angled end portion 21 to the guide track 26 and the angled end portion 22. The angled end portion 22 has a greater width than the angled end portion 21, so that the inner portion 68 of the pin 65 'can be inserted into this.
If the driver 6 'is to be moved over an even longer travel path along the housing 5', the pin 65 'is pressed in so that the stepped portion is completely recessed within the molded body 60 and a pin protrudes on the opposite side of the driver 6' , This protruding pin can be moved along the guide track 24 and the angled end section 25, similar to the previous embodiment. Of course, it would also be possible to use a pin 65 'with two differently wide sections 68 and 69 on the opposite side as well, so that two guide tracks can also be provided on the wall section 10'. Then it could be decided in the assembly of the driver 6 ', which of the four guideways is selected.
In the illustrated embodiment, the selection of the guideway for the driver 6 and 6 'by moving a pin 65 or 65'. Of course, it is also possible to provide other adjusting means, for example, the pin 65 or 65 'can be mounted pivotably or pluggable on a shaped body 60.
In FIGS. 8A and 8B, in a further exemplary embodiment, a driver 6 "with a shaped body 60" is shown which, as in the preceding exemplary embodiments, has a receptacle 61 with projections 62 and 63. On the molding 60 '' is on the opposite end of the pin 66 a pin 65 "provided with elliptical cross-section, wherein by turning a cross-section smaller or larger width can be set, which corresponds to the guide rail and the associated end portion. By turning the pin 65 "thus a selection can be made, which guideway to be traveled with the driver 6".
FIGS. 9A and 9B show, in a further embodiment, a driver 6 '"in which only a modified journal 65"' is provided opposite the driver of FIG. The pin 65 "consists of several sleeves with different diameters. By moving the sleeves, a cross-section of smaller or larger diameter can be set, which corresponds to the guide track and the associated end section.
Other actuating means or selection means can be used which determine which guide track is selected on the housing 5 or 5 '. In addition, instead of a single driver 6 or 6 ', it is possible to couple a plurality of carriers 6 and 6' in succession, which can then be moved along different guideways.
